This is a pretty stupid comment. Highland is not a shithole. There are areas a few blocks from a couple areas of highland that are crap but highland rd itself is pretty damn long. When a rd stretches across half the city, you are bound to get that.

Your title makes it sound like its near the highland burbank intersection. It's on the other end of burbank near the lee intersection.

I actually saw this happen...A trooper pulled over a white Charger coming down burbank. The car pulled into the Wildwood Apartment complex and stopped. I saw the door open and i thought there was about to be a shootout but young black man jumped out the passenger seat and started running through the apartment complex. The Trooper was just sitting there for a second prolly thinking tf just happened and went after the car.
It was kinda funny watching the cops swarm after that they were just zooming around every where with no clue what to look for.
Theres literally no chance they catch the guy who ran he could have gone anywhere. I did see the guy who was driving the charger was in the back of a police cruiser.
That was a pretty exciting thing to see to start my morning

One of the WAFB trucks was driving around the apartment complex for a little bit but I never saw them get out and try and do anything. As the truck passed me I was about to ask him if he wanted an interview lmao

Black Male probably around 20 average height wearing jeans and a white tshirt... so basically any average black guy could be the suspect. the cop never saw his face and Im sure his friend in the Charger isnt gonna tell his name because "all rats gotta die" mentality so I honestly think theres no chance he gets caught
