"Man" with 100+ arrests pushes a 92 year old woman to the ground

What's the point in arresting this guy if he is simply going to be right back out on the street later today? He obviously isn't afraid of the process.

Quite frankly. I don't care what they are for.
Even if you have been arrested 100 times for the most petty of crimes and misdemeanors, you should be serving a lifetime jail sentence by that time. Obviously he is addicted to breaking the law. No excuse why this guy is walking the streets.
