The agency says McGowan is the same man who appeared in a photo that garnered thousands of views and shares online. Mother Kayla Dillard had shared the photo on Facebook, saying the man paid $540 in cash for all the girls' cookies so they could escape the cold outside a store near Greenville, South Carolina. She said she didn't get the man's name.

Come on man! I saw this initially on Reddit and thought that was quite the nice gesture. It still is just a shame he had that background.

Real story is the fentanyl was in the thin mint boxes and the cocaine was in the tagalongs. GS are just a supply chain for the cartel

Charges should be dropped... he putting money back into the community...money that was in the hands of drug addicts... he’s righting a wrong
