Man Out Of Jail Less Than A Month Again Steals Police Cruiser; Wrecks & Kill Kids

Before the cruiser theft and deadly crash, Raymond Walters Jr. is suspected in the stabbing of his father in a black pickup truck on Xenia Avenue in Dayton on Monday evening, then crashing the truck on Airway Road in Riverside a short time later.

At the truck crash scene, officers said he got into the Riverside police SUV and fled into Dayton, where he crashed into vehicles outside the Dayton Metro Library. Two 6-year-old children died in the crash, and 10 other people reportedly suffered injuries.
Walters was incarcerated at Lebanon Correctional Institution in August 2017 for a felony robbery conviction, according to Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction records. Walters was released on Aug. 10 of this year and was placed on supervised release, also known as parole, for three years.

Honestly, if there is no doubt that he did it, why wait money and time going to court? After getting out of prison less than a month ago, being a felon (which I know not all people with a felony are bad people, but bad people with felonies are worthless) and then stealing a police cruiser.. which he wrecked and killed two kids. What's the point of keeping him around?

Apparently cops need more education.
In Knoxville, TN last night, a COP and a citizen got into a scuffle. The COP shot the citizen. Today there is a march protesting the COP. The black guy leading the march said we need to control law enforcement. Never mind all the murders in the city black on black crime but the COPs need education.

There is video of the officer trying to stop the guy once he is in the cruiser, officer tried to use his taser and just stood there. If he would've used his gun like he should've those kids would still be alive and this perp would be 6 ft under.
