Some people say the government created or at least steered Katrina.

Bush Administration steered it into NOLA because he wanted to get back at blacks for not voting for him.

Had Katrina been allowed to go its natural course, it would have harmed a bunch of white people in Gulf Shores. George Bush and Dick Cheney didn't want that to happen.

Well we're talking about dropping flour and salt. Two very basic cooking ingredients.

If the hurricane was female, couldn't we just get it to make us a sandwich?

The equivalent energy in a hurricane is thousands of nuclear bombs.

We can't control that.

What you're talking about would take for us to be a Type 1 Civilization. We can go to the Moon and Mars because we have the technology to do it. We don't have the technology to stop a hurricane.

You are an idiot.

What would be the outcome of that?

Why don't we stop the rain so we don't flood in certain states?

That sounds smart.

What if like..a space station could be built, that would be a sorta..galactus to storms. Absorbing their energy for us to do our biddings.

Well we could, but it would do more damage than the actual hurricane.
