Pick up his chair with him in it and throw it into the water. Stand at the edge of the pool starting at him and block all exits. Make it very clear that you have higher ground and hhe will have to fight for his life to get out of that pool

^ This is what I posted pages ago, prior to reading the text message. After reading the text message screenshot, this guy deserves to get his face turned inside out. Not because I'm insecure about my marriage at all, but because this guy is not just trying to get his dick wet with my wife, but is setting out to break up marriages and for the good of the community he deserves to have his arse set straight now. I'm not really the fighting type but at the very least his wife should be informed of what's going on.

I am threatening the pool board because I know it will scare and upset him
And also because I don’t know if he is married or divorced
If I KNEW he was married, I would have said “wife”
If he is married, he does not want to explain to his wife why they got kicked out of a pool they waited a few years for the privilege of joining
also, threatening to confront him COULD land ME in trouble for assault
