That's not how it works, particularly if he's not from the area. You don't go driving around looking as much as you sit in your hotel or at coffee shop and find the BBC by proximity. Someone could have easily lured him to the area if not that house in particular for some "discreet fun with a BBC Dominant Top". That would lure hundreds of married dudes in any given city the size of BR. So I've heard.
