Is he getting stung? That maybe one of the most hardcore things I've ever seen. A yellow jacket sting feels like you got stuck with a piece of red hot steel. Sucks.

The secret is to hold your breath for 15 seconds first so your pores close. That keeps the stingers from being able to penetrate your skin. If you want to try it the larger nest are the easiest to crush without the wasp escaping. The small nest can be a bit tricky at times.

I think the idea is that he is crushing them before they have a chance to sting him, but that seems like an awfully big risk for nothing to me.
