Sometimes the truth hurts. It's a risk you run if you want to be a landlord. Doesn't make it right.

This isn't an investment risk equal to investing in the stock market. This is a contract being broken by the guest with a little bit of assault and trespassing being mixed in.

Even when actually renting a house, your rights are limited by the lease agreement.

You trying to justify what is happening with such a shite analogy is stupid.

Spending time on Twitter to get outraged is stupid and not healthy.

bottom line. be careful when renting to them kind. This is why for years restaurants and hotels were closed in New Orleans “due to renovation” during Bayou Classic weekend.

I was forced to go to Walmart for water today and as I was about to turn the corner a grown arse man in his early to mid 20’s was standing/riding on the front of the grocery cart being pushed by his momma/aunt-T who looked to be in her late 50’s. His sweatpants below is arse as he loudly ordered a pizza. She must have seen the reaction in my face as she glared at me for half a second. What a time to be alive.

This is one of the worst comparisons here in a long time. And that is saying something.

His mistake in confronting that mob without backup. He’s probably some dumb arse liberal who thought he could reason with them.

Last I saw, it and other cities like it are growing pretty quickly.

Fargo's population has exploded, along with Sioux Falls.

When you rent an AirBNB they clearly state the rules including max number of guests and no parties.

We moved to Naples in July. Apparently deeper into our neighborhood people from Miami love to come and fill houses and party. The neighborhood is in an incredible location but I doubt we purchase here because of that.

We're renting for a year before we buy to check out Naples and the surrounding area.

Yeah I’m not sure why he even tried to handle this himself. Just call the police/sheriff and let them handle it. Those people obviously have no regard for rules, so I’m not sure why in the world he thought they would listen to him.

I'm not talking about the quantity of people snowflake I'm talking about the quality. You reap what you sow. Sometimes the money isn't worth it which is why a lot of businesses close for the Bayou Classic in nola.
