One rule stands. Cops don’t want to have homeless guys in custody. They smell. They’re crazy. They smell. They frick up the car for a day. They frick up a cell for a day. Mixing them with regular jail population is a problem. 2000-2010’s they were being dropped off in the ER. Sometimes after pretty decent crimes trespass with property damage. Fighting cops. Drug possession. And assault. P

All of this. Of course my legal fees will be through the roof, and I’m sure I’ll be facing some serious jail time. But I’ll try my luck w a sympathetic jury than accept a plea
