Kill the animal and the idiot needing “emotional support”. In fact, have the animal kill it’s owner and then shoot the animal. Pay-for-view live with proceeds going to the victim.

At the very least it needs to be highly regulated. Veteran with diagnosed PTSD with a dog? Sure. Becky who thinks her emotional support chicken helps her “depression”? Not so much.

I was on a flight with an emotional support Great Dane. She didn’t buy a ticket for the dog either. It was laying in the isle of a Delta MD80. Ridiculous. I had to pick my kids up over the dog to get to our seats.
