Is it a crime to feed deer in certain neighborhoods?

THAT is in the article posted in OP. The one non-vague part of the story.

We got one of them in central last week. Somehow my cameras didn’t pick them up. I checked out the QR code telegram group and it was a bunch of retards putting pro white stickers around town and posting pictures of them like it was some major accomplishment. I was tempted to join the group to thank them for littering but didn’t want to linked to anything like that

I knew somebody local would have more info on this.

I’m fine with him being arrested and don’t really care about some BS charges. I don’t want weirdos like that cruising around my house at 3am

It's pretty clear this is very sensitive for an elected official like Ard, especially in a parish like the LP.

I can give y’all a little insight into what this means. I was working in Central last week, and I saw these bags in folks’ driveways twice.

They were regular zip lock bags, sandwich size, with dried corn kernels (shoepeg variety like we milled to make cornbread back in the day—not the uniform yellow kernels like is used for squirrel feeding).

Inside the bag was a homemade tract-like paper with the title “White Replacement Theory.” This was near Central H.S. I was wearing my work uniform and working, so I didn’t pick them up for closer examination—I was squarely in front of a couple of security cameras, and I didn’t want anyone to post my picture on Facebook.

It looked like someone had driven through there flinging the bags out their vehicle window.

ETA: Yeah, exactly what Ed Osteen posted.

This is a story where if it didn't lead with the arrest, I'd assume had a high chance of being your typical racial hoax. I would have been very wrong.

I'm going to come out and say it again:

I don't give a fiddler's frick why someone does something. In context of the First Amendment, no one should try to interpret a criminal's heart beyond "intent". If requisite intent is met, and all other elements of the crime, jail him/her/howeverthefrick.

Once we went down that path, trying to create enhanced penalties for "why" the crime was committed, that was an error. Sort of a "justification" analysis turned on its ear. An error we should not repeat and try to reverse where possible.

The old example: the folks who murdered James Byrd - it is of no moment to me why they chose him. I don't care if it was because he was tall, thin, wearing a Texas Longhorns ball cap, none of it. Put them down like rabid dogs. If they targeted him because he was black makes them no worse (or better) than any other murderers out there.

Period. Full stop.

Eh...what kind of signs we talking about here? I'd say that charge isn't very clear at all.

What is the crime exactly?

Curious what the actual property damage would be.

However, I used to flyer for events I promoted. It's against the law in most places to leave them on private property without a permit and it's definitely illegal to randomly distribute them in a manner that equates to littering.

Is your Google Mo-chine broken?

"Blue Hell is a term used in the Grand Theft Auto (GTA) video game series to describe the empty space beneath the game's 3D terrain. It's also known as the Abyss or the Underworld."

We meet the 3rd Monday of every month at the DS Hooters if anyone would like to come help fill bags with corn. The manager knows to not put any black waitresses on duty that day (you're welcome).

ETA - this month's meeting is canceled in observance of MLK Day
