Man arrested after honking at, flipping off daycare

Frick those kids
A West Monroe man was arrested Friday morning after Ouachita Parish Deputies say he kept driving by a daycare and using obscene hand gestures.
Michael Anthony Disotell, 50, of 401 Little Lake Road, West Monroe was charged with disturbing the peace and resisting an officer.
According to the arrest warrant, deputies witnessed Disotell continuously drive by the Small World Daycare, 6446 Cypress St., honking and holding his hand out the care window in an obscene hand gesture directed toward staff and the deputies.
He then pulled into the parking lot of the business. According to deputies, he got out or the car, yelling with his hands in the air as he walked toward the building. Deputies told him to stop, and he took another step toward the building.
They told him to put his hands behind his back. Disotell reportedly said "I will not" and resisted while they placed him in handcuffs.

The daycare is two miles from the Duck Commander warehouse. If you drive from DC south, through Bawcomville, old baw lives about 2 miles past Bawcomville in a doublewide with a fancy roof.

That's West Monroe privilege. If he was a resident of Monroe, he would have been lit up like a Christmas tree after that next step.
