I suspect he will be severely punished in prison if they don’t put him in solitary confinement. Regardless, solitary confinement and prison culture will still not represent the punishment this piece of shite deserves if in fact the allegations are true.

I'd pour a little bit of cement in one of his eyes. I'd take him to some isolated land (sorta like Wind River, no mountains though). I would tell him you have one hour to start running. If I don't find you and kill you within 3 hours, you'll be free to live the rest of your life in peace. I'd give him a watch with a timer.
I should preface this by saying I'd have round the clock military drones following his every move.
Once I find him I would keep a good distance between us and just shoot him with rubber bullets. Now I wouldn't do it in consecutive rounds. Just one shot every 45 minutes. I would do this long enough until he decides to kill himself.
