Yea the other guy won't have any charges for what happened but I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if the family of the dead guy tries to sue.

Without knowing if that was the entire fight, Im just wondering if the other guy could have charges at least brought for assault.
Im only saying this bc of the law in the same way a driver can be charged with murder even if he had no idea his passenger was going to go inside someones house and kill them.

If you think about possibly fighting someone now just assume that at least one of you will end up dead. Then ask yourself if it's worth it.

That's why I schedule my fights at the ER drive thru. Someone will need medical attention after. Plus, the look of sheer horror on people's faces when I say let's fight at the ER is enough to end it.
