So I'm walking with some friends the other day and we come to a 4 way stop and we wave a car that was there through trying to be polite.Right as we do that, A jogger, totally silent , runs THROUGH us, never saying a word, never breaking stride, never acknowledging us or the car, and runs right through the intersection. We never saw him coming, he never said a word, not an excuse me or a cough or a wave to the car. He could have gone Left or right or any way he wanted but he choose to run right through us. It was one of the most low- budget passive- aggressive pussy arse , tiny- dick moves I have ever seen.
He's a cop that lives in my neighborhood, I have since found out. The copstache gives it away. Some joggers take themselves VERY seriously.
