Oh right... it's so rapey in college these days I can't keep up. I believe some reporters ended up finding out crazy mattress girl was full of shite too.

Sounds like Amherst dropped the soap. They gonna get rapped in court

He should have taken her to criminal court. That's sexual assault, brotha.
The more I think about it, this is really what should happen. File a complaint with the DA and let them sort it out.
You know if the genders had been opposite, this is a clear cut act of sexual assault.

The judicial system is a symptom of the patriarchy?

This is the really odd part about all these alleged rape cases. They are never brought to a criminal court which makes me think one of two things:
1. The accuser knows it's bullshite
2. The school is trying to hide these rape allegations by convincing these "victims" to keep the proceedings in-house.
It doesn't look good either way.

Apparently this won't be the first time they are being sued for their dumb actions.

This on the heals of Amherst's student informant scandal ...

To make matters worse, not only is she not required to give evidence she was raped, they won't even consider any evidence that might disprove or at least bring doubt on her rape claim
Sharia-esque. I wonder who will be the first to demand that the accused be stoned to death.

Heres a good link to a longer version of the story with some transcriptions of the "trial"
This is really bad.
If I ever have a son, he's steering clear of all fellow female students.
quote:
Despite an accuser who offered borderline non-coherent responses that subtly expanded on her initial story, the panel ultimately accepted her credibility. It ruled that while Doe likely was “blacked out” during the oral sex, “[b]eing intoxicated or impaired by drugs or alcohol is never an excuse.” Since AS said she withdrew consent at some point during the sexual act, and since Doe couldn’t challenge that recollection, the panel was at least 50.01 percent inclined to believe the accuser’s tale.
(The panel members offered no explanation as to why or how they reached this decision.) The panel recommended immediate expulsion for Doe. For good measure, panel members also urged him (but not, it seems, AS) to obtain alcohol counseling. You can read the panel’s thread-bare decision here.
This is really bad.

I love how this is the exact opposite of what is said when it's a woman who gets raped. What a fricking joke.

Sue the school, sue the girl. Double pay day.

Play stupid games (going to Amherst as a guy), win stupid prizes.
