Avery is guilty.
I totally agree with this. He killed her.

Nephew is retarded and shouldn’t be in prison (if he still is).
Dassey tested normal. He has his GED and has completed college courses. He plays up the being slow shtick to get additional benefits in prison (additional money in his commissary and nude pictures from naive women).
Dassey raped the woman and tried to cover up her murder. He has never told the truth. If Avery is guilty, Dassey helped. You can't separate the two. They were together. Police interrogations are designed to break liars, and he broke (it was efen worse in court). There was nothing illegal or unusual about it.
If Dassey wants out early, he should have told the truth and sold out his uncle. Take a lie detector. The version is says now is still BS. A woman is dead, there has to be accountability..

He may have killed her but they framed the investigation.
How did he kill her in the bed and there be zero blood or DNA? If he killed her it wasn't in that bedroom.

After Watching the convicting of a murderer it shows how much documentaries can manipulate a show. She showed how bad the Doc was leaving out stuff. Most of those things they say were planted were not even close to planted
He was guilty as can be of not just that but other things. He should never never be let out again.

But did he get to watch Wrestlemania?

Lol. That's how you know this kid was mentally slow. All he was worried about was turning in a science project and watching Wrestling. How could any court of appeals watch that video and not throw that out? HE GAVE THEM NOTHING WITHOUT THEM LEADING HIM

Of course

First of all, this is still the best documentary I've ever watched and it's been what 10 years now??
Crazy that it has been 10 years but you really need to watch more documentaries because it's certainly not the best out there.

This!! 1,000 times THIS!! That's enough for reasonable doubt right there. Explain that to me and I get it. Until then its to much. Like how did they find the key to her car on the SEVENTH search on the floor?? If the cops framed him, they gotta let him go. Even if he may have done it. Is there anything worse than a dirty cop!?

if your only exposure to this case is through heavily edited footage that omits some critical information, then I can see how someone as simple minded as you would reach this conclusion.

ell me a better one. I'll start it tonight.
I'm a big documentary guy (especially murder docs), and there's lots of them better. Almost impossible to say the best but some certainly better than Making a Murderer...
Paradise Lost
The Thin Blue Line (probably the goat based on how ground breaking it was)
The Night Stalker
Capturing the Friedmans
The Jinx
The King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters
Hoop Dreams
Grizzly Man
The Staircase
Something's Wrong with Aunt Diane
When We Were Kings
Searching for Sugarman
Exit Through the Gift Shop
They Shall Not Grow Old

So you think a "dirty cop" is worse than a killer? You think that if Avery did kill Teresa (which he absolutely did), it's better that he get released because dirty cops are worse than killers?
Wow.
Since you seem insistent on believing everything you see on tv, I'd recommend you go and actually read the unfiltered/unedited facts of the case. if that is too hard for your simple mind, then go watch episode 3 of "Convicting a murderer" and listen to the recorded phone calls he had with his family members as well as the other fricked up shite that is discussed in that particular episode. Then come back and say again, "is there anything worse than a dirty cop?"

My guy, a dirty cop can plant evidence on you or your family. It's all bad, but framing an innocent person is horrible. If there is doubt in one case, all the cases come into question. And you so conveniently forget, these same cops already falsely accused and got him convicted once. And it cost the man 18 years of his life.

I thought Avery was guilty but those cops clearly planted/manufactured evidence also.

So you think a dirty cop is worse than a guy who murdered a woman, forced his niece to have sex with him, forced his wife to have sex with his brother when he was in prison, and forced his nephew to help him rape and murder someone….got it.
The cops in this case did not plant evidence. Avery and Dassey committed the crimes but because you watched TV you think muh cops are crooked. Lol

That dude still has not been executed. What’s it been like 25 years?
Posted on 9/4/25 at 7:31 pm to SuperFlyTiger
It’s not a documentary. It is an infomercial produced by criminal defense attorneys. Do you really think you have a better handle on the evidence than the jury, who heard all it, not just the defense’s version? This has withstood so many appeals. He is guilty.

He did it and the whole thing ruined the first victim's family business. If they wanted to bring back Old Sparky, he should be the first guy in line to test it.

that investigation was completely corrupt. They definitely wanted to get back at him from the previous misconviction.
