while I agree with the sentiment, this blanket statement of elections have consequences, and the people voted for it - sure, but not everyone voted for it, and not everyone wants it - and simply moving is easy for keyboard warriors on the internet to say, but that is not feasible for the large % of people affected.

Well no kidding. My point was that a MAJORITY voted for it and obviously many who didn't will be affected. No one has stated otherwise. And point out where I stated people need to simply move from the area. Be specific.
