Agree. It's a cluster.

Headed to the pig for some second-tier bourbon.

They just called a evacuation for everyone south of 190 and east of Airport rd.

I am east of Airport and about a mile north of 22.

Most of north Louisiana and anyone living on darbonne is really in a mess with all the water from Claiborne flowing into corney bottom and heading to darbonne.

I'm in Normandy Oaks also. It's amazing how dry it is here compared to the other areas close by.

If anyone on here needs any help in the area, let me know. I have the ability to get through some of the high water areas if needed.

Flood footageLINK

Louisville Bridge is closed after a boat dock ran into it and the railroad bridge is closed due to a houseboat being pinned underneath.

Verona as well. Water is receding; from what I have been able to see, I think no houses got water in the neighborhood. A lot on Verona were just inches away though

Two separate areas of the storms coming through NWLA are clocking 60 mph winds. That is terrible with the ground saturated. Gonna push down a lot of trees.

Eta: is 21 through Madisonville open?

I'm past the Champagne joint just across 12 off of 1085 on the left before Bedico Creek. I just made an hour beer run and a clusterfrick is all I can say.

I was at Hannan High at noon picking up something for work and the parking lot was dry. At 2:45, there was a foot of water in the parking lot and every field at Coquille is under water. Crazy shite out there. The line for gas and beer at Quikway was unreal also. I filled up both vehicles yesterday, but was in bad need for beer.
