Picture from my aunts house on the Tangi. This sits about 14-15ft off the slab. Water is 9inches from the inside presently but they say it has crested.

Open the top on your plumbing clean out in the yard, provided it is above the water level. The force will literally push the shite out in the yard.

I saw it was gridlock eastbound, I'm not sure about madisonville.

Just passed through Madisonville to get back to Old Mandeville from bootlegger. Traffic was flowing fine.

If is gridlocked both directions at 1077. I've had this is the case from 190/ Causeway to Hammond.

So I should go through New Orleans tomorrow to get to Florida from Hammond? Or is there an alternate route? Or should I wait in traffic?

it's the water on the roadway crossing the river that's causing all the traffic (that and morons who can't drive) River has created and I bet it will be clear by the morning

The Tangipahoa River is not cresting until noon tomorrow or later. I don't foresee the interstate issue worked out for a few days, but hope I'm wrong.

Tchefuncte has created, but they recently revised the crest for the Tangipahoa. This is the issue between Robert and Hammond which is causing the West bound delays.
Sorry for the confusion.

I just read on FB that the national guard is shutting down 1085....is there any route left open to get from Mandeville to Hannan High other than Interstate? How is 1077 through Madisonville?
