Yea he told me around Winnsboro and a little south of Gilbert also.

Just went through Winnsboro about 30 min ago. It is the north bound side that had some water, but you could still pass in one lane. Plus after we exited i-20 in Rayville haven't seen any rain since.

Don't get too distracted by the bright lights, restaurants, and shops passing through Baskin, Mangham, Gilbert, and Sicily Island

Key stops along the way:

Snack Shack in Sicily Island... Get the burger

Browns Landing in between Winnsboro and Gilbert.. Get the filet

Popeyes in Ferriday... Great Bathrooms

Roux 61 outside of Natchez... Seafood Nachos

Illusions in Woodville... Slightly below average strip club

This should get you through on your perilous journey back to BR.

If you need help getting your tiny car unstuck. I got some boys in Enterprise, Harrisonburg, Jonesville, and around the Waterproof Area.

That should cover it.. If I could drive for you I would

I'm watching TWC right now. They're showing live shots from a gas station in Holden,LA. The reporter is standing in water up to his mid thighs. Somehow, the family that owns the gas station has managed to sand bag enough for no water to get into the store. They never said the name of the gas station though.

The amount of flooding that's happening all over is unreal.

I know it was bad in North La and the Northshore, but this is turning out to be a joke in the NO metro area... I can't believe they closed the schools.... Morons... You're pissed off that the "morons" closed schools for this "joke" when less than 40 miles to the north of New Orleans there has been over 12" of rain in the last 24 hours? GTFO.

Yea I know a few guys in Washington Parish who were on FB last night calling local decision makers morons for canceling school/closing businesses today. Some of those same guys are flooded out of their homes.

It's better to take precaution and nothing happen than the opposite.

Unfortunately you're going to just miss going through Frogmore (just down the road from Wildsville).

I would also add Big John's in Winnsboro to the list- get the open face cheese burger.

Also, the best place in Ferriday to take a shite is Ferriday Mart.
