Hammond has some old town areas that are just beautiful. And a decent-nice university too. But it does seem like a high number of trashy people sometimes, regardless of color.

Well if people cared more about information it would be helpful. Everyone just wants to be the first to say words like bomb threat, active shooter, shots fired instead of actual information.
