And that's why you see more juveniles involved in lower level street crime in gangs. Because the adults running the ring purposefully have them do the work since they know they'll only be charged as juveniles.

They're trying a work around here in Louisville where if you're involved in gang activity as a juvenile you can end up with an additional charge specifically for gang activity that results in a heavier amount of time.

It probably doesn’t, but at the rate blacks are aborting fetuses or killing off each other Latinos (helped by illegal immigration) are about to lap blacks in population and ultimately voting power.

For the most part, they do t realize their voting preference and habits are destroying their clout in America.
