Who is they? The cops? They were already charged with rape. The jury will decide what happens and from what I’ve seen so far it’s gonna be tough for the prosecution to get a guilty verdict. We shall see.

We know exactly the charge level. They were charged with 3rd degree rape. Whether or not they are guilty of a crime will be determined in court.

I'm not, but we can probably establish if she was out drinking or not the day before.
It doesn't matter what she did or didn't do prior to the night of her death. We have a a girl with a O.3BAC being raped by a 17 year old while other men watched. That's criminal you sick fricks.
