I am in no way defending the guys or saying that they are good people. I think it's very likely that they are scumbags. But if you're standard for rape is hooking up with a girl that is blackout, there are probably a fair amount of people in your life that you think are good people that are guilty of this.

I can't remember if it came out where she lived or not, but I think it's becoming more popular for students to live in the Pelican Lakes area. It's only a couple of minutes past Ben Hur and offers affordable "new" houses that can be rented.

No dude. I was a full blown drunk. I’d start at 8 in the morning and drink till I passed out each night. And it was stupid, which made me make stupid choices… just beer though…

It will be part of the trial. The judge is allowing text messages from the night before that allegedly prove she had anal with another guy. The defense is saying that's what caused her injuries, not his client.

She's dead. Any rape evidence will not be from her testimony, it will be from other men in the car and physical evidence. None of which previous promiscuity, even if it happened, would effect.

The defense would certainly try to make it part, but the rumors about previous texts are just that, rumors. We will see if any such thing actually exists.
As I recall, one of the men in the car has already admitted some of what happened that night.
Theoretically, Someone could have been raped 2 nights in a row. The second perp doesn't get a free pass.

Pretty sure the guy from the previous night’s encounter was already interviewed and admitted to anal sex less than 24 hours prior to her alleged rape and death.

She was too drunk to consent. One of the men in car already admitted as such, and there is video evidence of her and other girls stumbling in the bar.
At minimum, they will get the men for her inability to consent. And her being too drunk to consent previously has no bearing on that night, again.
