Technically the US government defines anybody from the Middle East and North Africa as white, so Jesus would be defined as white by the US government.
Now, if you go by the more social definition, Jews are usually considered white despite being from the same geographic region as Arabs who are not considered white. So Jesus would also be white by American social definitions.
