I do agree that people need to stay fit but I am old school where you need to work your body, your mind, and your soul for full mental and physical health. I am still around after ALL these years so it works for me.

A fellow engineer I worked with now owns a dancing studio in New Orleans which seems like something you might enjoy.
She has nights just for the older folks.
She is good ppl, even though she is a huge liberal from Colorado.

I speak really fast and don't pronounce my words correctly so I just confuse them even more.
