Yote overheated.
I booked a tent site Saturday just to go floating the river but ended up not going because hubs felt bad.
What is your camping story?
Lunch is chicken salad on sourdough.

Racoon managed to get our ice chest open in the middle of the night. Heard something, opened the tent, shined the flashlight on him, and he stared me down while finishing off the whole tub of Country Crock butter.

I used to camp all the time in MT. My friends would sleep in their tents and I would just lay all the seat down in my Durango and blow up a mattress with sheets. Glamping, before it was a thing. Now I just go for the day and head home.
I am an indoors person through and through.

When my kids were little my whole family camped. I would book the nearest hotel. Bring the kids to go hang out for the day then back for a real shower and real bed. Also convinced the girl scout troop that hotel slumber parties were more fun than camp marydale.

I've not had a camping trailer in 25 years but my brother bought a pristine 31 foot Thor motorhome that's self leveling. I like it.
However, we're in the market for a MUCH smaller unit like a Casita or Snoozy 2 person camper.
It's all we need to open up a can of beans for lunch that we were just talking about.

We are actually contemplating an RV now so we can travel but have control over bed type, cleanliness, and bring OC and GC with us. They travel in airbnbs and hotels with us now but I am super nervous.

Camping as an excuse for grunge sex is a young persons game.
Now I want an Airstream and the goodies it contains.

Bareback riding by moonlight sounds sexy, chiggers say otherwise.

Love was the "secret ingredient" - that and it was all made at home from scratch.

Widow a few doors down has one in the driveway (belongs to SiL I thing) but it all in one piece (not a trailer) and it has a Mercedes emblem. Is this the modern Airstream?
EDIT : Looks like this pic I just found.
