I guess I jinxed the LT mpdph. I refuse to start another one for a while. Will leave it to grandma squirrel and Skilly. They should have a lot more time on their hands anyway, when not taking their daily afternoon nap.

Breakfast was black coffee and crullers from Dunkin' Doughnuts
((apparently Krispy Kreme no longer sells their signature crullers)

I just saw a chart that said if you are 6'2" tall and 220, that you are a 28.
Then it said if you are 6'3 and weigh 220, you are a 28.
Flawed science is flawed. BMI charts are not science. They do not take into account that different builds have different muscles and fat contents. Science has to account for all of the information.
