Chicken and rice.
So I’m going out of town next week and I have a dog sitter lined up to watch the frenchies and feed the cats. I was gonna send Cletus too but she has little dogs and kids and I don’t know that she can handle all that chaos.

I stayed in Rockport, Texas to visit with my grandchildren, my son and his wife.
House we rented had a wetland/salt marsh behind it. The bird watching was incredible. There were three Neotropical Comorants, each occupying a different branches of trees that stuck up out of the water. Each was a male. During our stay, the one closest to the house would have 1, 2 or 3 females with him. Sometimes, one of the females would fly over to one of the other comorants. It was interesting to see all the maneuvers.
Hobby: Toy Train Collecting (nerd), Gardening, Cooking
Food Today: Chicken Enchiladas with homemade green sauce (leftovers), grilled jalapeno peppers with cherry tomatoes (picked this morning)
