Joe Pep why was their pain?
My guess would be that a middle-aged man was convinced he could do the same things he did as an 18-year old.

A few injuries along the way certainly didn't help matters at all.

Left over meatloaf and several Red Bag Chicken nuggets

Birdwatching

It was an exciting morning when the Yellow-throated Warbler showed up at the feeder today!
Even more exciting than when the Baltimore Orioles and Ruby-throated Grosbeak Showed up.
Though not as colorful as the Indigo Bunting, nor as frequent a visitor as the Tufted Titmouse (lots of those)

You are still young and still lifting so it works for you. In 10-15 years you will start the journey down to the 200 area. What is your average BP?

Yeah, you are right.

I just look crazy different when below 200.

BP last time was good, 70/120 or something. I would say that is around the avg too.

Now, when I was on gear, that fckker would stay in the 140s. Not good.

You will drop the weight as you get older. When you can no longer lift the back end of an F-150 and joints begin to hurt.

I was still 7' and bullet proof at 55. That is when I found I had 235/13? BP. Then I found that damages your kidneys and gives you an aortic aneurism. I weighed 270 when I had the stroke. Just got tired of being fat.
