True and not true. One of the biggest reasons he got pulled was he broke every fricking rule they had once he was in protective custody.

Now in the end I do believe that was just the excuse and going against Sammy was the real issue.

And yea gaspipe and vic killed ot of people, but most of those were truly talking. In the 90s they were flipping people left and right. Not all, but many were. He fricked up trying to whack fat Pete and lil Al. Once he fricked those up, it was over. As powerful as the family was from the 50s thru the 90s, always had a lot of rats. Henry Hill and the whole Goodfellas thing is perfect example.

Gaspipe is still highest ranking member to ever flip outside of big Joey.

Sammy's podcast is pretty awesome btw. And yea Sammy turned rat, but John essentially turned rat on him first by saying he had to take the fall for him and saying all the untrue shite about him in the apartment.

Yeh Jimmy Sr. and Jimmy Jr. Eppolito. I think were there names, Paul Castellano threw them under the bus and literally fed them like a mouse to Nino Gaggi and Roy Demeo lol. How Roy Demeo and Nino Gaggi's whole thing hasn't been turned into a movie is beyond me. How the "Mafia Cops" got caught is quite hysterical, you can watch that tv appearance for his book on youtube.

And yeh I mean there were definitely lots of guys ratting to begin with, but I don't think Al D'Arco would have ratted or that other guy, the huge fat one, had they not found out they were on the list. But who knows.
