The dude that took out a metal sign

It was a front flip, not a backflip. The little reporter dude sounded like he just crawled out from under a rock.

For those looking to go sledding but have no sled,, large plastic storage container tops work really well. Or any inflatable tube / raft.

Why are so many people all huddled up over there and not sledding?

My kids saw that and then asked if we could go to the levee

Grab the boogie board and head out. This doesn't happen often

The thrill seeking is being near Brightside. Good place to catch a bullet.

Took my kids down a steeper hill today with our boogie board. 10/10 don’t recommend trying to see if you can make it down the hill standing on the board like I did. Made it about half way before I busted my arse. Sore af now, but nothing broken… I’m getting old

Reminds me of the LA Tech sledding incident in 1988 that led to a Lake Charles kid being paralyzed. He was sledding on a garbage can lid and hit the concrete base of a light pole downhill from the Assembly Center. Sued the school and lost.
From the LA Supreme Court:
This personal injury case based upon alleged negligence arises out of a sledding accident that occurred on the campus of Louisiana Tech University (“Tech”) during a rare winter ice and snow storm. The plaintiff, Earl Garland Pitre, Jr., sustained serious spinal injuries and paralysis when the plastic garbage can lid that he was sledding upon collided with the concrete base of a light pole located in a campus parking lot. We granted writs to examine whether Tech had a duty to warn of the associated risks and/or to protect against injury. Under the circumstances, we find that Tech had no duty since the light pole was obvious and apparent and the risks of colliding with it while sledding are known to everyone.

They should go down the other side of the leveee to avoid hitting any obstacles.
