You do not need a college course to get a real estate license.

Look up "Baton Rouge Real Estate Schools" and you can take a course through them.

I know of some online videos that can give you some pointers on how to close a sale. Some pretty strict requirements tho - OT 9, whore, etc.

I took one of those real estate finance classes as an elective my senior year. I don't think that is the kind of thing OP is looking for. Dumbass.

That’s funny to me.

It’s like taking a 4 year degree to end up as an operator.

Dude, just go get your realtors license and go sell houses.

Take Real Estate appraisal. Not only is the professor one of the best in the state, he will also teach you karate moves. Loved his class. Only offered fall semester on nights though.

No LSU class is going to teach the ins and out of LA real estate law.

To pass the LA license ya need to take a class from a local school vendor

Bob Baker on Sherwood does Real Estate and insurance licensing. You can do it online, it's a "40" hour course, followed by a test at a state sponsored testing center. I don't think you have to do fingerprinting and a background check for just real estate, just insurance.

Why don’t you go into the Law?

It’s a family business, it’s all about who you know.
