He has been the top state law enforcement officer for what, 8 years, and now he is going to reduce crime? What a joke, but the suckers line up to vote for him.

I would imagine it was auto flagged because of the language. Dunno if his office is actually listening to calls themselves but those calls are all recorded and certain words will definitely trigger certain agencies.
