I think you're overestimating the importance of Greek life. I'm thinking the 80% or so non-Greek students dgaf.

A student dies of alcohol because he doesnt know how to handle it.

The solution: Make sure everyone else doesnt know how to handle it either.

Something like 80 percent of alumni donations comes from Greek alumni.

Go frick yourself, GCS. Don't you have enough problems to worry about before trying to solve everyone else's? These people are over 18 years old and draft eligible. Kid died. It sucks. Stop trying to make the entire world into a padded room based on feelings.

fricking this. Never ever once has this dead kid been held accountable for his actions. We all get it, peer pressure made him drink. Boo fricking hoo. They didn’t hold him down or pour the liquor down his throat.! He drank himself to death. Same result as drunk driving, smoking, or eating Popeyes every day. Just faster results.

Quit punishing everyone else who had nothing to do with his demise. It’s ultimately on him. Not the rest of the students. Collective guilt won’t resurrect him. Quit making everyone else suffer for his death.
