i realize this isn't a hot take, but it's pretty obvious to me a black woman wrote that.
there's no doubt that's a woman's handwriting, and the whole "2" for the the word "to" is almost entirely an urban thing. you'd be hard pressed to find a white person (i.e. naturally born racist) who would write "2".

I'll say this. Yes, there is plenty of racism to go around. Even at LSU. It's problematic enough without anyone manufacturing (as the early returns from this incident seem to indicate) anything on top of it.
People who cry wolf/fabricate/embellish racist incidents make every madder than actual racists themselves. Because it causes people to turn a blind eye when something DOES need to be addressed. fricking inexcusable.

There's not "plenty of racism". You know how I know? Because people have to resort to this to even move the needle.
But you are right, people like her have ruined any valid claims of racism for their own personal gain. She should be punished harshly when it does come out that she did this but she'll likely not get so much as a slap on the wrist. It'll somehow be twisted into some sort of noble cause.
