Talked to a couple of students last week and they said the Lofton guys at their house last week were on their phones the whole time. Then one of the guys didn’t show up so they had to put their own actives at the back gate while still paying Lofton for the guy that didn’t show.

I don't know what low-quality security company would turn down the opportunity to provide "security guards" to stand at a door and stare at their phones for probably much more than their service is worth.
