I didn't say it was legal. Just from my point of view a public restroom isn't your bedroom so you open yourself up to that. No you shouldn't be filmed taking a shite but you shouldn't be fricking in a nasty arse bathroom either.

It's a suite bathroom, not public. Unless you believe that there's no expectation of any privacy in a dorm room. I mean, the guy clearly overstepped when he put it on line, but it's not like they were in a hall bathroom so they should have some expectation for privacy.
