I work as a technical recruiter and shoot the shite on the phone with a lot of my best clients (engineers, O&G guys, construction managers, and tech guys). A lot of them are LSU alums and two of them brought it up today and told me they quit recurring donations. That's 4 people I know personally that stopped donating because of this if I count me and my cousin.

Why are people stopping now? The guy hasn't done anything yet. Are they stopping to see what happens so they can decide whether to start donations up again?

He is a symbol of where things have already been going. Alumni need to let him know that CRT and renaming shite isn't in his best interest.

Just the opposite. When donors are committed for a long time and LSU takes a left turn, the majority of donors aren't going to be on board.
