It’s not happening today. They will cancel his contract early next year when there is new state leadership in Baton Rouge.

I’m no fan but this is quite possible. The Republicans have trotted out 2 very weak candidates and aren’t supporting them as they would Kennedy, Graves or even Landry. If their is an R elected they will feel lucky.
My guess is Edwards re-elected with Graves running in the next cycle. Maybe Kennedy but he’s camped out in Washington and enjoys his national limelight.

I can believe this more. You document his poor perormance in an evaluation now to start laying the groundwork as justification for firing his arse next year. With enough documentation and bad PR, even shitbag governors can't get in the way when you shitcan Alexander.

The position is the head of an entire state university system with more than 10K employees and nearly 50K students operating on a $1B budget
Yeah, $600K is not an exorbitant salary
