If you’ve never seen the ravages of a chronic disease firsthand on a loved one then you probably wouldn’t understand. My cousin has fibromyalgia and he takes medicine just to function. On his good days he’s great like the time he hauled off my ac condenser one night or when he took my old tv to goodwill for me. But if he can’t get his medicine he’s basically bedridden and gets nausea, vomiting, almost flu like symptoms

Just went to a conference on opiod use and over Rx of it. I had no idea fentanyl was 50-100 times stronger than morphine while cafentenil is 10,000 times as strong as morphine! This stuff is so incredibly dangerous.

Thats a lot of fentanyl. If you consider a 100 microgram dose thats 200 million doses? Geez....

Most street fentanyl is cut with benzos, mainly Xanax. It's part of the reason this version is so potent, opoid + benzos.

Agree, considering normal dosing is measured in micrograms. Short acting and 100 times more potent than morphine!!!
