Can someone point me toward the law that states children will have to wear masks to school?

I believe the state put out clarification that the mask policy is only a suggestion...however, when news of young school kids testing positive starts to make it's rounds on local news and social media, parents will be screaming for it

My nieces Catholic School just met for summer exercise- staff and students. They did temp checks and practiced social distancing. Three people came with mild Symptoms and infected others, it's now a cluster similar to Tigerland. Kids don't social distance, and some adults are not honest about feeling bad. This is why we are in trouble.

The school bus thing is the biggest issue. My kid ms school doesn’t have busses so I’m not worried, but this is going to be hell on logistics and will be costly
Just got off a zoom call about this issue
Phase 2 50% bus capacity
Phase 3 75% bus capacity
Buses that were used for high school students will be redirected as needed for lower grade students. High school students will get RTA bus passes.

That’s fine for city kids. What about the suburbs and rural busses?
