Well, the consensus in the legal community here is it will happen but to deflect some of the blowback, they are waiting until the bitter end of her term.
Some say this (there are numerous things) will be presented to a Grand Jury soon;

She will show up and work, and the people that work for her will show up. Moreno, I disagree with on many political issues, but she is smart and works hard.

Looks like Latoya gave in and called off the fight. Signed the contract to IV for continue the "emergency" contract.
