We had some new people start tailgating next to us this year at LSU. Based on dress and haircuts I started referring to them as the New Iberia guys. Last week I went over and talked to them.... sure enough.... New Iberia.

It is a standing Louisiana tradition that Governors only bring in staff from their area of the State. If a North Louisiana Governor ever gets elected they will succeed to Texas.
