I live next door to an Asian fella and he buys fireworks by the pallet...fricking artillery shell remnants all up in my yard the next day.

Always fun. I also like when I spot bottle rocket sticks on the roof...

So my dogs can either freak out about fireworks or freak out about the rain.

This fricking year will never end. I fully expect to wake up on Friday morning to find out that it’s December 32.

What better way to end 2020 than a tornado outbreak on New Year’s Eve

There has always been a secondary severe weather season in the south.

Thanks for starting this thread, I was about to myself, but I'd rather the resident experts do so.

La. weather is really, really terrible. BUT, shoveling snow is really hard work, and we don't need to worry about that, so, I don't know which is better.
You scared of putting in some elbow grease, baw? Southeast Louisiana has the worst weather. Give me snow any day over oppressive heat and humidity for 6 months a year, torrential downpours and flooding, severe thunderstorms with hail, lightning and tornadoes... and frick hurricanes.

We really do have the gauntlet of shitty weather thrown at us for 11 months of the year here in south LA.

It really seems more years than not, the weather on NYE in SE LA is shite.
Either stupid cold, heavy rain, crazy fog, all of the above, etc.
Tonight, Tuesday, it will be 62 degrees and clear. Perfect night for NYE parties and fireworks (GFY, JBE). Why can't it be like this in two days instead?
Not just SELA, basically the entire state is a dismal rainy day on NYE. Either cold and rainy or hot and rainy, but rainy nonetheless.

Appreciate whatever admin fixed it for me, prick.

This is legit and wouldn't be surprised to see SPC go MOD risk for portions of S. Louisiana and Mississippi.
