What's the difference in Sunday school and the religious Pre-K school? Sunday school is no different than an extension of the church as Pre-K. They gotta stay consistent otherwise it is hypocrisy.

Why do you always take 2 Baptists with you when you go fishing?

Because if you only take one, he'll drink all of your beer.

I'm not sure that's true but it's a fair enough argument all the same.

Can probably make it broader - would we prevent the girl from going to church regularly and being very involved because of her gay couple "parents"? Provided the gay couple was not similarly involved at the same level, I don't think we would (prevent it).

So, under your scenario, what's the difference between that and letting the girl stay in school, yeah?

I'm not sure I'd say it's hypocrisy, but I do think that type of thinking would make sense as a consideration for the school in trying to make a judgment here.

I just hope when they school told the class why little Sally was no longer in class they were honest with the kids and told them the truth - “because little Sally’s parents are dead.”

Pretty clear you haven't actually studied the whole bible and understood it's message.

lulz

I hate to break the news to you, but God does have expectations on who is allowed certain privileges

There are 12 tribes of Israel, Yet only those from the tribe of Levi could be the high priest. Even 5 year olds from other Jews were denied any expectation of that. So even Godly men were barred from that, while also being openly welcomed into the house of God. Alternatively, Levites could not own land

So if the lesbians are serious about religion, the church doors should be wide open to the child. But in a religious school setting. where the student will be instructed that the parents are defying God, its best the parents not put them in that scenario. So since the lesbians arent honest enough to make that decision, the school shouldnt be forced to terrorize that kid

Plus, you would never had heard about this had the lesbians not wanted a push back. The school knew what it was up against. They did the right thing

It is simple- the voucher (state) follows the child. If the child cannot go to Bible Christian, the child's money goes where he or she is accepted.

I am sure they were just being good stewards and not allowing Monkey Pox to spread in the school.

Jesus never sinned nor was he born with the sin of Adam and Eve.

Yes he was.

I went to a church called St. John the Baptist.

Why is St. John called the Baptist? Because he Baptized Jesus.

Why does one have to be Baptized? To wash them of Original Sin.

Jesus was Baptized to cleanse his soul of the Sin he shared with his fellow man.

Jesus is the result of immaculate conception.

Do you understand what The Immaculate Conception means?

quote:

He told Joseph to wait until after the birth of Jesus to consummate his wedding vows

Please reference where this claim is made. I will admit that I am not well-versed on the Bible (like my dad told my brother when asked why we don't have a Bible in the house: We're true Catholics. We don't own Bibles, we own Missals.) So enlighten me on this "fact".

I support a private schools right to do this, but this is such a shitty thing for the school to do.

I mean yea. Also, is a Jewish synagogue supposed to accept an abortion supporting catholic? It wouldn't be very "nice" of them. But are you not allowed to also have standards as to founding principles?

Jews have a different view of abortion than you realize. They don’t view life as starting with contraception so your little gotcha doesn’t really work here.

Also should christian schools reject the children of jewish parents?

Every Catholic school I went to had at least one jewish family sent multiple kids through.

What if dad and child are Christians but mom is a practicing jew?
