One can hope. He’s the only one who has a legit chance to beat him.

sorry to the idiots that voted for him thinking otherwise, but it was clear as day.

You must be a fricking genius. Out of two losers you voted for the loser that lost. You act like Wilson was a shining star that would turn the state around. Hypocrite.

I don’t think the person you’re replying to voted for Wilson. I don’t recall him/her ever promoting him or really saying anything good about him on this board.

Wilson had zero shot at winning. A Republican was going to win regardless but no one expected it to be done without a run-off.

I think Landry is probably the second worst governor in my lifetime . I didn’t vote for that idiot even tho he’s a republican. That commercial with he’s fake arse accent about his mom being a small town school teacher and his dad a architect drive me nuts can’t wait for his term to be over

Landry and Murrill are both poison to this state. They need to go.

Landry is MAGA and La. Is a MAGA state. Trump will endorse Landry and Don, Jr. will come to La. to actively campaign for him. La. legislators, elected officials and the Republican constituency will fall in line. Any Republican challenger will be wasting their time.

He’s a phony. Like I said earlier, a few social issues that cater to extreme right voters, then it’s appointing democrats to important board positions, getting Cedric Richmond back into congress stat, and chilling with trial lawyers. Hopefully our states newfound education improvements take hold and people see Landry for the charlatan that he is.

Graves is exactly what this state needs. Would be poetic if Graves can unseat Landry after Landry chopped up Graves’ district and sold it for parts.

I'd vote for Graves. Not sure if anyone else would.

Turnout was low, and only 4 people in my precinct voted for someone other than Landry or Wilson. My wife and I were two of them.

I'm not a fan of Landry. The only way I'd even entertain the thought of voting for him is if he successfully revamped our tax law or was able to actually make visible progress on the new bridge in the Baton Rouge area.

&G does what state regulators allow. If they were allowed to dig canals back in the 30s and 40s that are now alleged to be the cause of land loss, sue the state regulators who allowed it. It’s ludicrous to sue one producer now for something a completely separate producer did during The last century. It’s nothing more than corporate reparations.

Most of what has damaged the coast are actions by the Army Corps of Engineers, not oil and gas.
