This dude deserved death almost 15 years ago, and here is why it should've happened.

There can be reasons someone may kill someone else. There are no reasons to rape a child. Mandatory execution.

exactly...there have been cases where a predator has been either chemically or physically castrated, and they've continued to offend using objects if they are physically incapable of it...

Im inclined to agree in most cases since it could be considered cruel and unusual punishment but this was a plea deal that he chose to take so frick him
